Founder & Principal Accountant – Accountax Aid

Dr. Tahmina Ahmed is the founder of Accountax Aid, a dynamic and client-focused accountancy firm that supports small and medium-sized businesses across the UK. A Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) since 2018, she has worked in public practice since 2015, gaining in-depth experience across a wide range of sectors including construction, retail, healthcare, hospitality, property, and IT.

Her academic background includes a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) in Islamic Finance, an MBA in Finance, and a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting. This strong combination of practical experience and academic achievement allows her to provide clear, strategic advice tailored to the unique challenges of owner-managed businesses.

Tahmina’s approach is hands-on, and relationship driven. She goes beyond routine compliance to offer practical, forward-thinking solutions, whether it’s preparing statutory accounts, improving operational efficiency, or offering guidance to support business growth.
